My husband and I very recently participated in MBC & LEBC, the key word is “participated” …. the program was interesting and fun, and designed for success. It was very cleansing for the soul. When we have to face our bullies and demons it’s not easy, nor pretty! The facilitators, coaches and even participants offer you a safe and confidential venue in which to do so.
